Hello Selquin I recently purchased one of your revolving showcases and installed it at our clients site, a camera shop in Hastings. Once installed two of the spot lights failed. I telephoned yourselves and spoke to a very polite lady who said that she would arrange an engineer to attend site .After getting back to me a few days later I gave her the details (sorry I cant remember the name) and she arranged direct with my client a site visit to sort out the problem. I have checked with the client and the lights are now working and they were impressed with the service. Perfect ….well done.. Being in the same industry as yourselves I fully understand how just one site visit can wipe out your profit on an item like this but rest assured that I will use your products and service again as well as recommending Selquin to my colleagues and associates.
